1. Returns and Refunds

At Trexalonzlyal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at relations@trexalonzlyal.world within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

5. Refund Amount

The refund amount will include:

  • The purchase price of the product
  • Original shipping costs (if applicable and if the return is due to our error)

The refund amount will NOT include:

  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Any handling fees

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been opened and used
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items without proof of purchase

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at relations@trexalonzlyal.world with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to:

  • Reject the product and receive a full refund
  • Receive compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

A major failure occurs when:

  • The product has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about it
  • The product is significantly different from the description or sample
  • The product is substantially unfit for its common purpose
  • The product is unsafe

11. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless:

  • The return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, defective item)
  • The product has a major failure under Australian Consumer Law

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

12. Processing Time

Please allow the following timeframes:

  • Return processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund processing: 10-14 business days after approval
  • Refund to account: 3-10 business days depending on your payment provider

13. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with this policy.
